I love running on the treadmill. It gives me an adrenaline rush that the eliptical machines don’t. But I’m worried that it’s bad for you shins? Is it OK to run on the treadmill?

If so, what are the speeds for the sprinting and resting periods.

I am trying to lose weight, but i cant stand being on the treadmill for 30 minutes straight. Its so boring!

I work out at the local gym cardio, weights, etc. But after running on the treadmill( i do this last) for 3 or 4 min. my shins start to hurt, what gives?
