		<description>Walk on.  A few miles a day can&#039;t hurt.  Don&#039;t get over heated or dehydrated.  You might want to slow down the running if you feel any pain.</description>

		<description>Exercising is super beneficial during pregnancy. That being said, you need to watch your heart beat (don&#039;t want it over 140 beasts per minute) and you need to watch you core body temperature. Your baby can&#039;t sweat like we do when we are hot. 
Walking is one of the safest exercises out there. Just watch your balance since it changes daily with your belly growing.</description>

		<description>As long as you don&#039;t bounce a lot (which will put stress on your adominals, especially during later pregnancy) then you should be able to walk as much and as fast as you want (or feel good doing).</description>

		<description>Usually you can continue with exercise as long as its no more than what you did before.  If you start swelling or getting out of breathe of course stop.  Call your doctor to be sure though</description>
