I lost a ton of weight doing aerobic classes, eating right, and weight lifting. Now I’m not able to do the aerobic classes but I try to eat right and lift weights. Can I still get a good cardio workout but walking on the treadmill and using the ecleptic climber?
How much time should be spent on the treadmiill? I’m starting to gain weight (haven’t been in the gym for awhile) and I want to lose more weight and tone what I have. Any suggestions?
also, my thighs are getting big. They were big to begin with I just need to know how to shrink them down to size. Any ideas would be helpful.
also, my thighs are getting big. I’m not sure if this is from doing leg presses, and other lower body weight activity. They were big to begin with I just need to know how to shrink them down to size. Any ideas would be helpful.

Walking is a great low-impact aerobic exercise. Stay on the treadmill at least 30 min.
You can most definitely lose weight on a treadmill. I’m living proof of that!
Your weight depends on how fast you will lose; the more extra pounds you have, the faster you will burn calories, hence, the weight loss.
I am overweight and started walking on a treadmill about 3 weeks ago, 3 times a week. I weighed for the first time tonight since starting my regimine. I have not changed my eating habits, just walked, and I lost almost ten pounds.
If you’re not overweight, I’d say 5-6 miles an hour would give you some burn, and if you can do it on an incline all the better.
Good luck!
you can get a good cardio workout walking on a treadmill or just by going out and walking period. (the key is to get your heartrate up for at least 30 mins)
as far as toning down the muscles in your thighs, low weight and high reps.
and just a little FYI lean muscle weight burns more calories than fat so by building muscle you’re going to be able to lose weight quicker.
