as far as toning down the muscles in your thighs, low weight and high reps.
and just a little FYI lean muscle weight burns more calories than fat so by building muscle you&#039;re going to be able to lose weight quicker.</description>

Your weight depends on how fast you will lose; the more extra pounds you have,  the faster you will burn calories, hence, the weight loss. 
I am overweight  and started walking on a treadmill  about  3 weeks ago, 3 times a week. I weighed for the first time tonight since starting my regimine. I have not changed my eating habits,  just walked, and I lost  almost ten pounds. 
If you&#039;re not overweight, I&#039;d say 5-6 miles an  hour  would give you some burn,  and if you can do it on an incline all the better.
