		<description>If you&#039;re walking you are just oin your comfort zone and burning calories at a much slower rate, and your metabolism does not improve one bit.

Perhaps if you tried some free weights before or after a small jog (small at first) and build yourself up to a longer jog.

Weights will help burn more calories during and after the weights session and you will get more each time you work out</description>
