you will probably gain weigh before losing any. when you run u gain muscle before you burn fat so just stick with it and you should start getting thiner but dont over do it. you also need to eat healthy to become skinny, but don’t starve yourself you need all the energy to get when you run.

you will lose weight at first, but then gain some because you gain muscle

treadmills work on cardiovascular more than anything, but you will definately lose a lot of body fat.while you may not see a drastic change in your weight you will definately see a difference in muscle tone.

Running and bone’s are not related, muscle’s and bone’s are , and most of all heart brain and running are good. The bad of running is your wearing out leg’s, and not useing other muscle’s, and don’t worry about bone’s, if you are wishing to live longer running is good if moderate, if you running for power, go elsewhere, and if your running to be with the crowd, it will not be good for total long range healthiness. I recommend a up to sweat running, 30 minute’s or so and then do other exercises’; to maintain the sweat or transfer to a dry sweat house. Purifying.

As muscle builds fat is lost since it turns to muscle……..your legs may looks skinnier but are very strong………….called toned- this is way better than plain skinny or fat
