I do walking on treadmill almost 6 days a week for 15 minutes in a speed of 3.5-4m/sec. My abdomen has gone down comparatively. But my hands upper parts are fleshy. How can I reduce it? Will that fat also will be burnt if I continue walking on treadmill? Thanks for the suggestions

Walking is great exercise. Everyone is different. You might lose weight around your abdomen more easily than other areas, but if you stick with it, you’ll eventually see fat from other areas start to disappear. My suggestion is you add some upper body exercises to your routine. Push-ups are great! They’ll seem really hard when you first start, but you’ll be surprised how fast they become easier. Starting off with a goal of 10 is good. You might only be able to do 1 or 2, but within a week, you’ll be up to 5-7. You might also try walking for a longer period of time. Getting your heart rate up, and keeping it there for 30-40 minutes will really boost your weight loss.
Yes, you will continue to burn off fat by working out on the treadmill. However, where you lose the fat first on your body all depends on the person. So where you lose body fat first could be completely different for another person. Unfortunately you can not spot reduce areas of fat on your body, but keep on exercising and you will eventually burn off that fat.
