If you are using an elliptical trainer for 30 min a day. And you burn around 430 calories. How long do you think it would take to start seeing results? I mean how long would it take to speed up your metabolism and how long before you start to lose weight?

    It depends how you are eating and if you are doing any other types of exercise/weight training. The key with any workout program is to be patient….it will not happen overnight. Good Luck!

    also you need to change the mode you do cardio on for example try the bike or treadmill to make your body work harder and skip over a plateua
