I’m 5′1″ & 137 lbs I want lose 25lbs. I have a very small frame. I just purchased a treadmill. I used to run 20 miles/week (4 yrs ago on a treadmill). I have been pretty inactive since then. Any advice?

    Start slowly with the running. Try 0.5 or 1 mile a day and work your way up. Eating healthy will bring good results :)

    run everyday for at least 2 miles and watch your calories
