I’m new at this whole working out thing, because I’ve never really needed to lose weight before, I’ve always been pretty small. Well since I’ve graduated high school & college, the pounds are beginning to pile on and I want to lose weight. I have a treadmill, but I dont know how far I should walk on it each day or at what speed to get an effective workout and drop pounds fast. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks!

    Walking wont do much good, try 6mph for at least a mile and slowly work your way up from there.
