I usually do 1 hr. on 3 mph speed and 8 incline. Is that good enough or should I work out twice a day? Is it better to do the full hr. all @ once or 30 mins. here and 30 mins. there? And one more question: Do the dumbells that come w/ the treadmill really help you get in shape?

just keep your heart rate in the fat burning stage. and go for an hour twice a day. the dumbbells help with toning up your body
go for 1.5 hours at 3.5 mph @ 8 – 10 incline!! You can break this up into 3 30 minute sessions or do it all at once to get it over with, your choice!
