I weigh 190 and i wanna lose 30 pounds in like 5 months or less, and also gain muscle at the sametime. Right now i only have a treadmill, 2 20 pound dumbells, a barbell and resistance tube. I am also dieting and eating healthy. I just need help on the timings and i get mixed up everyday. also i want to lose love handles, is there any exercise to do this?

    ummm sounds pretty good. The dumbbells is used for a lot of stuff, arms, pecs, ect. its better to play basketball, against a friend or anything like that. Drink water, dont have any late nite meals, dont skip breakfast, it gets yourmetabolismm going. to get rid of the love handles do squats.

    err, if u gain muscle you gain weight unless ur 300 pounds plus, so pick one or the other.

    to get healthy walk/jog on teredmill(1% incline) for 15-45 minuts 6 days a week and do weights monday, wednesday and friday.

    Run/Walk on your treadmill for 30 minutes 3-4 times per week. It doesn’t sound like you have much for weights. Don’t worry about that. Aerobic exercise helps you lose weight much better than lifting. Increase the amount of running each week on the treadmill. Keep the total workout for 30 minutes. Just keep on adding more running into the run-walk workout.

    i would use the treadmil 6 days a week. time doesnt neccesarily matter for workout time what does is how intense the workout is. i would do intervals which means switch off and on between slow jogging or walking and running which helps burn fat. i would use weights 4-6 days a week as muscle helps burn fat even when not working out.
