I am a 16 year old girl who has a treadmill in her house. I have 3 weeks to lose about 3 kilograms before I go back to school and I really want to focus on my legs. I just want to lose weight off them, not build muscle tone so much. Anyone know?

    You should spend a bare minimum of 25min. a day on the treadmill. Keep a good steady pace, and you should start seeing the weight drop off! This, and a good healthy diet consisting of fruits, vegetables, and and low fat, low calorie foods. Chicken, and other lean meats are great for this!
