    Reach for the max limit everyday… I say go everyday until your just tired… Do as many as u can in 1.5 hours! Good Luck man!

    I’d say 1-2 miles a day. Unless you’re completely out of shape, in which case you should start off slow. As for other exercises, I’d say work on things that are basketball related. Jumping rope would help out a lot.

    you want to run a lot, but dont push yourself too far. i did the same as you and when the time for tryouts came, my legs were too sore to run for a long time. so i’d say run 1/2-1 mile each day, or more depending on how in-shape you are. it could rely on your age too

    running and basketball drills are all you really need to do

    i would run around a half hour or so on a inclined treadmill while doing these too, do wall sits that helps, jump ropeing like u mentioned, leg lifts they help strenghten abdominal, i would also run outside with a ball to work on ball control, its tough to get back into shape but stick to it
