Little bit different/harder on treadmill than doing it outdoors on hill. I've found that the best way is picking a hill that is about 50-100 yards, and as steep as possible. Do around 6-10 sprints up that hill at 95%. Then after each sprint up just jog back down at easy pace and repeat again when get back to bottom.
