How many days a week should I jog on the treadmill? For how long?
I am planning on losing around 20 pounds maybe and getting toned. Also, with a good, healthy diet.

at least three days a week… and for at least 30 minutes….now if you can’t do thirty minutes…something is better then nothing at all but you should push yourself to do at least 30 minutes of cardio.

try 5-6 days a week for an hour…and eat healthy
Try jogging every other day 3miles ;my friend did that lost all her rolls …
Every other day
Start with a light warm up-
Fast walk on an incline
Do a light jog-
End with a cool down.
This whole thing should take about 20-25 minutes. Do it every other day and you will start seeing results very quickly.
Also, every week, increase the intensity of your workout by a little bit.
Wake up, don’t eat, 20-30 minutes, Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
15 minutes a day til you reach your target and then every other day same minutes to maintain..ps..you are already hott..
one hour a day is good,
