Start with a light warm up-
Fast walk on an incline
Do a light jog-
End with a cool down.
This whole thing should take about 20-25 minutes. Do it every other day and you will start seeing results very quickly.
Also, every week, increase the intensity of your workout by a little bit.</description>

		<description>at least three days a week... and for at least 30 minutes....now if you can&#039;t do thirty minutes...something is better then nothing at all but you should push yourself to do at least 30 minutes of cardio.
