I want to RUN on the treadmill, but I heard that if you spend too much time on the treadmill you actually start burning muscle.

    lol thats stupid you can run for as long as you want you just need the food energy so your body doesn’t turn to itself hahaha

    well start out just 5 min for 3 days (maybe more) then bump it up t 10 minutes for 4 day……………and so on
