		<description>It&#039;s good for cardiovascular, but there&#039;s noting about lose weight. You should have a diet too.
It&#039;s my experience, I worked out 5 days in week on a treadmill, but I didn&#039;t control yourself on food.  I gained my weight. 
Now I&#039;m dieting and I&#039;m losing weight.

It&#039;s typically recommended not to lose more than 2 - 3 lbs per week (4 max) to increase the chances of you keeping the weight off long term. The faster you lose, the more likely you are to put it back on.
