We have a new treadmill and unfortunately the silicone lubricant leaked onto the mat during shipping. Now the belt has less traction which makes it harder to walk on. We’ve washed it several times with soap and water which has helped a little bit. Any suggestions?

    try 91% or 99% rubbing alcohol

    call the company and explane the deliema, if they cant help and if you can try putting kitty litter on the mat to dry the oils out of the silicone, then wash it there is a good product called awesome , buy at any dollar tree , or dollar store , that might help, good luck and happy thanks giving
