I am overweight and out of shape, and am trying to get into the routine of exercising, but all those videos and stuff are just too hard. I have a hard time doing alot of the moves, and keeping up is next to impossible. I know one day, i will be able to do them, but i am just starting, and doing those are hurting my esteem more than helping. I have a treadmill and a stability ball, but find myself losing intrest after a few days. Any suggestions?

    well……………..you can dance, run on the treadmill one mile the first week…….the next week you can go up or stay where you are……………lay on the ball and do set ups it always helps

    Try a walking trail and check out the good looking women at the same time. Get a PS w/wireless gamepad. The time will fly as you play and you won’t even realize you are working out.
