a treadmill is a productive way to lose weight because it works every part of your body, but losing weight fast is always hard. swimming and going to the gym, and definantly eating right are all good ways to lose weight quicker

The key to lose weight and keep it is to detoxify your body first. When you have too much toxins, you can not go to your body to get the energy, and all your energy only came from the food you eat. That is why people exercise and feel hungry all the time and can not lose weight. There are some other things you can do to help lose weight, like eat every three hours, (Is not what you eat, is how you eat. You can eat almost anything, but avoid big meal), drink green tea, exercises 30 minutes daily. And most importantly go get massages for several months. If you can found somebody can give you detoxification massage, detoxify foot bath, and detoxify food program in your area, you should be able to lose it and keep it.

The most important thing is keeping your heart rate elevated as high as possible for as long as possible. That’s what makes you lose weight. For example, if I run 10 minutes at my absolute maximum heart rate (say, around 220), I won’t see as many benefits as if I ran 40 minutes with my hr at 150. I typically do 30 minutes a day at 150-165. You can easily do more if desired. Good luck!

no excercise machine will make u lose weight fast…a treadmill is just an alternative to walking or running outside…thats all. walking atleast an hour a day will be goo…be sure to walk at 4 mph. warm up at 3.5 for 3 minutes…then walk for the rest of the time at4 mph. btw, u dont have to do it all at once..but u dont wanna do it in 5 minutes intervals either…in order to actually start burng fat u have to keep ur heart rate up for up to 20 minutes…try doing 20 minutes, then taking a break if you NEED to. if u feel u can keep goig, go on ahead to 30 minutes…anytime uve reached ur limit of walking..like ur so tired u need to stop but the 20-30 minutes isnt over yet…reduce ur speed to 3.5 and walk like that for another 3 minutes…and then speed it back up again u can watch TV while on the treadmill…or listen to music. a good rule to make would be, if u ever wanna watch TV, u cant watch TV unless ur on the treadmill..thats if u love TV…along with the treadmill will have to be a good healthy diet. try switching up ur excercises too…. like bike riding, or as i saw in one of ur other questions, u said u were considered obese..so i wouldnt recommend u go jogging, because i dont think u should be pounding ur heels with such weight if ur considered obese. swimming burn 725 calories per hour…swimming is fun to do with friends, and will help aid in the heat of this summer. Make sure to keep yourself well hydrated!

Yes, the golden rule to weight loss is burn more calories than you take in. You don’t have to spend money to lose weight, actually you will save money, it’s a win-win unless you get scammed into buying someones get rich scheme.
