Running barefoot a mile is going to hurt!

You need support even if it is just running on a treadmill

Yes, but I recomend a carpeted treadbelt like you can get on some Healthriders. they make belts that will fit most treadmills so you could get one for just about whatever you have.

mota holiya ke?

yea its fine, as long as the treadmill is good quality and won't break under the pressure (running bare feet exerts more pressure due to the reduced surface area)
and as long as you find it comfotrable

If your the only one using the treadmill it would seem okay to be barefoot if you like. But, it is probably not good for the joints and stuff in your ankles, feet, and knees. Running shoes would make the impact much easier on your body.

No way, that's way to much pounding on a non natural surface, I cant think of a better way of getting injured.
