your workout sounds kind of week. I suggest cranking it and running a little longer, OR make a plan for yourself and increase your speed and distance steadily. 

doing weights mostly likely will not get rid of your pouch, just run a lot, drink lots of water, and make sure you burn off more calories than you consume.</description>
