Hello, I am 6′2″ and weigh around 300 pounds. I’ve decided to turn my life around and start dieting. I have a treadmill I want to use and I also want to know what is a good meal plan. I don’t plan to eat after 6 PM and I plan to drink two glasses of water before each meal. Any tips, meal plans, and advice are welcomed. I am looking for honest advice and help …. so type away.
