Neighborhood isn’t safe to jog in, can’t afford to go to the gym, can’t afford a treadmill, not much space to work with indoors.

    well u can walk in ur place, or lounge around ur house, do pushups, crunches squats! u can do it all with ur body weight do it in like circuit style training with no rest between ur exercises!

    Jump rope. Jog in place. Vinyasa yoga. Get a crate & do step aerobics. Exercise videos are great for space constraints.

    look into different aerobic vidoes. weight watchers has great advice on which ones will be best for you. I recommend either visiting the website or looking at the magazine.

    How about jumping rope? I’ve heard it actually burns more calories than jogging. Take a look at combat conditioning on.
