3 mins fast - then 1 min slow
2 mins fast - then 1 min slow
1 min fast - then 1 min slow

The above constitutes one set. Do at least three sets with 1 minute rest between each set. (you can do more than three if you feel comfortable doing so)

Fartlek need not be 100m it can be any distance. The idea is you do short fast runs followed by short slow runs.</description>
