		<description>when you start up running again after you have taken a break, it is really important to get a good warm up stretch. i used to be able to run without stretching much but i took a month off and now i have to spend a good 3-5 min on the mats before i take off. also, it might help you if you walk for a couple of minutes before you start running.</description>
