		<description>they both will loose the desired weight. if you have troubles with your weight bearing joints such as hips, knees, ankles i would suggest a non weight bearing exercise such as bike first. you will need to exercise at your target rate for 30 continuous minutes. the more muscles you are using the more weight you will loose during your aerobic exercise.the best time to work out is right away in the morning and the toughest part of exercising is putting your shoes on.</description>

		<description>Treadmill will burn a lot more calories, but it will be a lot harder.

If you can do it, swimming is much more effective and much easier for burning calories (which leads to weight loss).</description>
